Customer Reviews. Works in Windows 7 64-bit - no driver necessary. Discovery is immediate. Has a Molex power port on it, so I recommend checking your power supply for Molex ends. My Power supply only had SATA power plugs on it, so I ended up getting the female SATA to male Molex converter. The card doesn't require power though, and the manual says it is just for "reliable power through the firewire". Recommend this card for PCI-Express, particularly if you are looking for a non-legacy, 64-bit driver firewire solution .
